Sims 3 On Ubuntu Linux!
I am so happy that I have been able to get the Sims 3 to run on Ubuntu Linux! Yes!!! I downloaded Playonlinux and once that was installed just click on Install and follow the screens it's pretty much that easy!
Make sure though you run the TS3.exe file and not the Launcher; I'm not sure if it works that way. Only problem is they claim you can't use the uploader to upload your Sims to the Sims 3 website.
I'm gonna try it out and see what happens though. Here's the pics to show how it looks. In these pics are the girls from the band t.A.T.u., and yes, I made those Sims.

all the things you said all the things you said running thru my head. ubuntu in ps3? it can handle sims 3!??? wow.. be descriptive. i wanna try..
@jeezcak3@xanga - sorry you cant run the sims 3 on ubuntu in the ps3... the reasons ubuntu doesnt have the drivers for the ps3 gpu (no 3d graphics) and have only 256mb of ram... little for emulation
